The IESB community serves and meets:

• Sundays: Gathering on site at Green Gate (Jl Gunung Agung 14, Ciumbuleuit)
  at 8:50am. Livestream starts at 9:00 here.
• 4th Sundays: Round Table watch parties. Check the IES Bandung Update WAG or email us.
• Young Adults and small group studies – weekly
• Community service
• Got a talent or skill? Especially if you’re good at graphics or media, join us!
  Use your talent to glorify God and serve those around you.

——— WHO WE ARE———

Our culture is unique: friendly, inclusive and loving. We’re from many nations and backgrounds. We want each person, young and old, to meet and experience Jesus.

• We are a gathering and sending community. We gather, grow, and go each week to love God and the world. We offer ourselves and our resources to serve in our community and beyond.
  • Each Sunday, you’ll be inspired. You’ll comfortably get to know people who are making a difference in Indonesia and elsewhere.
  • During the week, IESB groups meet to study scripture and become friends.

——-So what it’s like to attend an international English service?———-

• “We don’t care where you’ve been; we care where you’re going.” 
  Each one of us is on a spiritual journey. None of us has “arrived.” So bring your doubts, your fears, past experiences … and an open heart. Let’s explore how to love and serve God together.
• You don’t have to be a Christian or from any particular church to attend.
• When you come in, no one will stare at you. You’ll fit right in! We host lots of travelers. Some of us live in Bandung for a short season. No pressure, ok?
• In-person Sundays at 8:50am., we sing some songs, pray together, listen to a talk, and share our “takeaways” at the end.
  • Sit wherever you like. Make yourself comfortable. You’ll find a table with tea and coffee just outside the auditorium. Feel free to make your favorite and bring it into the hall.
  • Fill in a connection card from the seat-pocket so we know you were here.
• At the Community Table afterwards, you’ll make new friends. Feel free to ask anyone – local or expat – for information about living or visiting here.
• We often go for lunch together. We’re HAPPY to have you join so we can get to know each other. Or invite someone you meet.
